Here at Findmetuitions.com, the parents have a lot of options to choose from, be it the time, place, tutor or the tuition package too. Our tutors assess the student’s performance and interact with the parents on a regular basis. Parents get regular updates on the progress of their child.
Terms & Conditions
- Tuition location, date and time of tuition is determined by the parent/student. Parent/guardian/student should be responsible for the safety of the location of tuition, student and tutor during the tuition session.
- We will recommend the most suitable tutor to you. There is no obligation to accept the tutor, if you are not satisfied.
- If you find the teacher not suitable for you, then you can request us for a change of tutor. No fees will be charged for the exchange. However, parent/student is responsible to pay the tuition fees for classes that have been run by former tutor.
- If you are satisfied with the tutor, you will pay the tuition fees at the end of the first month directly to the tutors. No extra charges are incurred by using our service.
- Our tutor come from different backgrounds, such as lecturer, full time tutor, private sector worker, university student, etc. Selection of the tutor will be made based on the parent/guardian consent.
- The tuition fees are varied based on tutor education level and experience in teaching; also it depends on the tutor’s travel distance from their place to your house. We are always prepared to offer our views and suggestions.
- We highly advise that parents should keep the receipt or transaction id as a proof that they have made the payment. This receipt will prove to be helpful in verifying your payment.
- All fees must be paid by the relevant due date(s). Once fees have been paid, there will be no refunds under any circumstances unless otherwise stated.
- If the student is unable to attend the tutoring session, parent/guardian/student need to notify the tutor a day before scheduled class to ensure no misunderstanding occur.
- It is perfectly acceptable to request the tutors to provide necessary document during the first session.
- Parent/guardian/student is responsible to monitor the tuition session. Physical contact between tutor and student is not allowed. No verbal abuse is allowed. No vulgarity is allowed.
- Parent/guardian/student must ensure that student is always disciplined and respect the tutor during the learning process takes place.
- Findmetuitions.com is not responsible for disputes, loss, injury, and liability for problems, unhappiness, that are a result of the tutor. Findmetuitions.com will not act as an arbitrator for any disagreements that arise between tutor and client. Findmetuitions.com reserves the right to terminate or deny services to any client or tutor at any time.
