This does not mean that we only hire teachers to be tutors, but we do require experience and extensive knowledge of the subject area they will teach. Terms & Conditions
These terms of service may be changed from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and your use of this website after such changes have been posted will constitute your agreement to the modified Terms and Conditions, and all of the changes.
- Registration with findmetuition.com is free.
- We require a prospective tutor to be at least 18 years old, hold a minimum of SPM certificate, and must confirm their eligibility to perform private tutoring in Malaysia prior to registration.
- Findmetuitions.com will not reveal any sensitive information of our tutor without your prior permission.
- It is not mandatory to upload your educational certificates scanned copy but you must provide a copy of your qualifications when required. Findmetuitions.com reserves complete rights to reject any applicants.
- Job for the tuition from our clients will be forward to the tutors via call or SMS.
- If the assignment interests you, you are required to contact back via SMS or call. Please note that assignments would be given on first come first basis.
- Clients and Findmetuitions.com reserves complete rights to terminate the assignment if found unfitting. Postponement and cancellation of the assignments and lessons are strongly discouraged by us.
- We keep a complete check over the activities of the tutors during tuitions and we will filter out those who are not serious and responsible.
- If you really in need to change the schedule for the first lesson, then kindly consult it first with the client and then inform us later. In order to reconfirm the necessary details, you are supposed to give a call to the client/ parents. If the clients ask for your qualifications, you are supposed to bring about your NRIC and other certificates on the first lesson.
- A 50% of the tuition fee for the 1st month of job will be collected as our commission.
- Findmetuitions.com is not responsible for disputes, loss, injury, and liability for problems, unhappiness, that are a result of the tutor. Findmetuitions.com will not act as an arbitrator for any disagreements that arise between tutor and client. Findmetuitions.com reserves the right to terminate or deny services to any client or tutor at any time.
Tutor who breached the Terms and Conditions, would be liable for the full financial losses incurred by Findmetuitions.com and will be ban from taking up any tuition assignments in future.
